Virtual Reading Room

During the May JANNAF Meeting, a virtual Reading Room will offer registered attendees access to pre-publication papers that are publicly releasable, DoD Distribution Statement C, or CUI/FEDCON. Presentations will not be included.

Be aware that a paper will not appear in the Reading Room if:

  • The paper has a Distribution Statement of B, D, or E
  • The work is Presentation Only

Accessing the Virtual Reading Room
Registered attendees will have the opportunity to read papers submitted for this meeting that are publicly releasable, DoD Distribution Statement C, or CUI/FEDCON via the Virtual Reading Room. This site will open at 1:30 p.m. CDT on Monday, 6 May 2024, and close at approximately 6:00 p.m. CDT on Thursday, 9 May 2024.

To access the virtual Reading Room, attendees must meet the following conditions:

  • Be fully registered for the meeting
    • Meeting Registration Form completed
    • Registration Fee paid
  • Log into your JANNAF Secure Portal Account on your own device

Approximately 12 weeks after the meeting, all papers and presentations will be published to the JANNAF Digital Online Collection (JDOC). Only the meta-data will be published for papers with a distribution statement of B, D, or E. Fully registered meeting attendees will receive complimentary access to these files, and will be notified when they have been published. This benefit is not available to student registrants.
