The May 2024 meeting will be held at the Sheraton Oklahoma City Downtown in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The hotel will serve as the location of all sleeping rooms for JANNAF attendees, as well. The Sheraton Oklahoma City Center is conveniently located within a short walk of several dining and entertainment options, and just steps away from an OKC Streetcar stop, which is your low-cost gateway to even more that the city has to offer. The hotel is also just a 15 minute ride from the Will Rogers World Airport.

The Sheraton Oklahoma City Downtown is no longer accepting reservations in the JANNAF room block.
If you were unable to reserve a room at the Sheraton Oklahoma City Downtown, additional rooms at the same discounted rate as the Sheraton ($110 per night plus applicable tax) have been arranged at:
The Skirvin Hilton Oklahoma City Hotel, a member of the Historic Hotels of America. This hotel is 1.5 blocks and a 2 minute walk from the Sheraton. The Skirvin's address is One Park Avenue, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73102. A limited number of rooms have been set aside for JANNAF attendees at the $110 (per diem) rate. The cut-off date to reserve a room at The Skirvin Hilton Hotel is Tuesday, 30 April or until rooms sell out, whichever comes first. - Each individual is responsible for their own reservation.
- The discounted room rate is offered beginning Sunday, 5 May through the night of Friday, 10 May (unless sold out).
- Applicable state and local taxes are 14.125%. To qualify for Tax Exemption, only specific types of credit cards can be used to pay for your hotel room. View the Federal Government Tax Exemption Information document for more details.
- If you need to cancel or change your reservation at either the Sheraton Oklahoma City Downtown or The Skirvin Hilton Hotel, be sure to do so no less than 24 hours prior to your date of arrival to avoid paying a cancellation fee equal to one night's room and tax. You may cancel your Sheraton reservation via the JANNAF reservation link above provided your reservation is attached to your Marriott Bonvoy account. Cancelling by phone is the other option, using the phone number provided above. Instructions are included in your hotel reservation confirmation email. To cancel your reservation at The Skirvin, notify the hotel at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid paying a cancellation fee equal to one night's room and tax.
- If you must cut your stay short, be sure to notify the hotel of your earlier departure date before or at check-in to avoid paying a fee at check-out.
- At both hotels, check-in time is 3:00 p.m. CDT; check-out time is 12:00 p.m. CDT. Contact the hotel directly for policies related to early check-in or late check-out.
