University Registration Information

In order for university personnel (students and professors) to qualify to attend a JANNAF meeting, you must complete the requirements listed below in ADDITION to all other registration requirements outlined on the Security/Attendance Requirements and Registration Steps pages of this website.

IMPORTANT: Please keep in mind that all applicants for a JANNAF Portal Account must be Export and CUI Compliant. This involves completing trainings. Please contact your University's FSO/Export Compliance Officer, and your Government Sponsoring Official (GSO) for more information. Do NOT leave this training to the last minute since you must have completed it prior to applying for a Portal Account.

Start Early: Please begin this process early; allow yourself at least a month to complete all requirements.

Student Documentation Requirement

Eligibility for the discounted Student registration fee is limited to:
  • Full-time undergraduate or graduate students

  • indicate the number of credit hours considered full-time by your University for the applicable semester and student type (i.e., undergraduate, graduate, etc.).

Please note: We do not accept certificates from the National Student Clearinghouse unless the other required information is also provided (see the list above).

This documentation will be requested as part of your registration process.
