The December 2024 meeting will be held at the Hilton Charlotte University Place in Charlotte, North Carolina. The hotel is 15 miles from the Charlotte/Douglas International Airport. Just steps from several dining options at the Shoppes at University Place, and a short walk to the Lynx Light Rail Blue Line, the hotel's University City neighborhood is both self-contained and an easy starting point to explore more of Charlotte. Additionally, The University of North Carolina at Charlotte is only a half mile away.

The JANNAF room block at the Hilton Charlotte University Place has sold out and the hotel is no longer accepting reservations. If you were unable to reserve a room at the Hilton Charlotte University Place, additional rooms at the same discounted rate as the Hilton ($131 per night plus applicable tax) have been arranged nearby at:
Holiday Inn Charlotte University, located at 8520 University Executive Park Drive, Charlotte, NC 28262, a four minute drive or 15 minute walk from the Hilton. A limited number of rooms have been set aside for JANNAF attendees at the $131 (per diem) rate. The cut-off date to reserve a room at the Holiday Inn Charlotte University is Monday, 2 December or until rooms sell out, whichever comes first. Click the hotel's name above to reserve a room directly in the JANNAF block OR call the hotel directly at (704) 547-0999 and mention group code "JAF" to get the group rate. There is no charge to park at the Holiday Inn. Shuttle service between the Holiday Inn and Hilton is not available.
Additional Reservation Information- Each individual is responsible for their own reservation.
- If you need to cancel or change your reservation at the HIlton, be sure to do so no less than 48 hours prior to your date of arrival to avoid paying a penalty. You may cancel your reservation by phone by calling 1-800-HILTONS (1-800-445-8667). If cancelling a reservation at the Holiday Inn, be sure to cancel at least 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge to the card on file. When cancelling, call the hotel at (704) 547-0999.
- Federal government employees' reservations may be eligible for exemption from state sales and occupancy taxes. The individual attendee may provide a completed federal government tax exemption form (should be available from your organization) upon check-in at the Hilton. If staying at the Holiday Inn, your completed tax exemption form must be sent in advance to the hotel's director of Sales, Carla Garbie-Garcia, by fax (704-549-0888) or email (garbie-garciac@hicharlotteup.com).
