Security/Attendance and Portal Requirements
The overall security level of the meeting is UNCLASSIFIED.
Sessions will be held at the Hilton Charlotte University Place in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Security/Attendance Information
To qualify to attend this meeting, all attendees must be:
- Employed by a DoD, DoE, or NASA facility
OR
- Employed with a DoD, DoE, or NASA contractor facility eligible for receipt of militarily-critical technical data.
- U.S. citizens qualified to receive unclassified, limited-distribution information. No foreign nationals will be permitted to attend.
- All applicants, regardless of organization, must complete trainings such as CUI, Export Compliance, or OPSEC. Training dates will be required as part of your Portal application. Your FSO or HR Contact will provide this information when completing their portion of your application.
Please Note: Student participants must provide documentation of their full-time student status to qualify for the discounted student registration fee. Please visit the University Registration Information page for additional information.
