Registration will open in approximately mid-September.

>> Friday, 3 November 2023 - complete your registration by this date to qualify for the discounted Early registration fee.

>> Friday, 17 November 2023 - to attend Classified sessions, complete additional registration requirements by this date. View the Registration Steps page for more information. Registration after this date for classified sessions is not possible.

>> Friday, 17 November 2023 - last day to pre-register online (at the higher regular rate) for the unclassified portion of the meeting - complete both the registration form and payment of registration fee by this date. On-site registration required thereafter and is strongly discouraged (allow extra time on-site). On-site registration is not an option for classified sessions.

Registration Pre-Requisite

If you are planning to attend this meeting, we urge you to begin the process now to obtain the required JANNAF Secure Portal Account.

  • The Portal Account is NOT meeting registration and there is no associated financial obligation.
  • Registration cannot be completed without an active Portal Account.
  • The Portal Account pre-requisite can and should be completed as soon as possible. There is no reason to wait until registration opens or you've received attendance approval to apply for or renew your account.
