Registration Fee

  • Payment of the registration fee is a separate step, on a different website from the meeting registration form. Payment may be completed independently of submitting the registration form for the meeting.
  • There is NO login needed to submit payment.
  • Payment can be completed by someone else on your behalf.
  • A discounted registration fee is available for those who register and pay the fee on or before 3 November 2023.

Remember: Registration is a multi-step process. Your registration will not be complete until you have:

  1. Completed the meeting registration form (attendee login to JANNAF Secure Portal account required), and
  2. Paid the registration fee.
  3. *For Classified session attendance only* Submitted your JANNAF Security Clearance Certification Form (for DoE, NASA, ALL contractors) or your Visit Authorization Request (VAR) (for DoD only).
