Specialist Sessions
A JANNAF specialist session is an opportunity for experts in a specific technical area to meet to stimulate ideas and contributions from the audience. More information about specialist sessions:
- Dedicated to a single topic
- Often include invited presentations
- Organized similar to regular JANNAF paper session (time allotted for individual presentations) but often include moderator-led discussions or Q&A sessions with expert panelists
- Presentations may or may not be published as part of meeting proceedings
- Proceedings publication can include executive summary authored by session chair
To begin, complete and submit a Specialist Session Request Form. When it is submitted, the form must include a statement of justification for the session, as well as a completed/detailed draft agenda. The request must be reviewed and approved by the designated JANNAF Subcommittee Technical Steering Group (TSG) chair and JHU WSE ERG technical representative to be included in the Final Program.

All Invited Presentation details submitted online (must be submitted on time to be included in Preliminary Program) |
11 April |
Final agenda and all Invited Presentation details submitted (must be submitted on time to be included in the Final Program) |
