Poster Information

For the June 2025 JANNAF Meeting, abstracts are being accepted for posters from both Early Career Professionals and general authors.

If your abstract is accepted for presentation as a poster, the poster should elaborate on your abstract and the salient points you would like to make. 

Posters may not be marked at a more restrictive level than Unclassified and Distribution Statement C or CUI FEDCON.

Unlike presentations in standard technical sessions, papers are optional for poster presentations. 

 

In order to be considered an Early Career Professional, at least one of the following criteria must apply to you:

  • A student
  • Working in the field for less than five years
  • Have obtained your Doctorate within the last five years

If you qualify as an Early Career Professional, you are encouraged to submit your poster abstract for the Early Career Professional poster session.

If you do not qualify as an Early Career Professional, you are welcome to submit your poster abstract to the general JANNAF poster session. 

Poster Session Details

The poster session will be held on Tuesday, 10 June at the Spokane Convention Center. Additional details are forthcoming.

Publication
  • Poster presenters may opt to submit a paper to be published to the JANNAF Digital Online Collection (JDOC)
  • JANNAF Publication Clearance Forms, as well as papers (if you choose to submit one), are due no later than Friday, 9 May
  • You must have an active JANNAF Portal Account in order to submit your files
Guidance for preparation and delivery of posters will be provided on this page after acceptance decisions are distributed. 

The deadline to submit abstracts for papers or posters for the upcoming June 2025 meeting is 31 January.
