JANNAF Winter Meeting
The Winter JANNAF meeting will be held in Spokane, Washington.
Dates are being confirmed, and will be announced soon.
Unclassified sessions will be held at the Spokane Convention Center.
Classified sessions will be held at Fairchild Air Force Base.
This meeting will combine the subcommittees originally scheduled to meet in June 2025 with those scheduled to meet in December 2025. It includes the:
- 72nd JANNAF Propulsion Meeting (JPM)
- Programmatic and Industrial Base (PIB) Meeting
and - 53rd Combustion (CS)
- 41st Airbreathing Propulsion (APS)
- 41st Exhaust Plume and Signatures (EPSS)
- 35th Energetic Systems Hazards (ESHS)
- 19th Modeling and Simulation (MSS)
- 15th Liquid Propulsion (LPS)
- 14th Spacecraft Propulsion (SPS)

LPS and SPS abstracts are due 27 June.
Abstracts are only being sought for LPS and SPS papers and posters.
The Call for Papers LPS/SPS Addendum is now open!
In addition to LPS and SPS, this meeting includes the JPM/PIB/CS/APS/EPSS/ESHS/MSS Joint Subcommittee Meeting that was rescheduled from June 2025. Abstracts are no longer being solicited for these subcommittees as they were previously collected and evaluated.
JANNAF is organized into the Technical Committee and the Programmatic and Industrial Base Committee. The Call for Papers LPS/SPS Addendum provides detail on which technical subcommittees are soliciting abstracts. If you are unsure of the most appropriate subcommittee or mission area to select for your work, feel free to contact us and we can help direct you to the right area.
Accepted papers and posters will be published in the meeting proceedings within the JANNAF Digital Online Collection (JDOC).

Registration will open in early September.
To attend JANNAF you must have an active JANNAF account (apply here) and register to attend.
The overall security level of this meeting is SECRET due to the inclusion of Classified sessions in the program.
To be eligible to attend Classified sessions, in addition to the above requirements, attendees must also possess, at minimum, a SECRET U.S. Security Clearance with a need-to-know in the areas of rocket, missile, space, or gun propulsion.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy
The cancellation and substitution policy will be provided when meeting dates are announced.
*Student Registration Fee Eligibility:
- Full-time undergraduate or graduate students
- Full-time interns and cooperative education students
Required Student Proof:
- Official documentation from your University indicating the semester during which the meeting will occur; the number of credit hours registered; and the number of credit hours considered full-time by your University for the applicable semester and student type (i.e., undergraduate, graduate, etc.).
We do not accept certificates from the National Student Clearinghouse unless the other required information listed above is also provided.

The Spokane Convention Center is located in downtown Spokane, in close walking distance to a variety of food and drink options and public transportation. The convention center is connected to the Doubletree Spokane City Center, resulting in a short walk from the hotel's third floor to the Unclassified session meeting space.
If you need to drive to Unclassified sessions, indicate you are attending JANNAF to receive a discounted rate of $10/day. In/out privileges are not included, so each re-entry will incur another $10 charge.

Shuttle bus service will be provided to and from FAFB on a limited schedule. For greater flexibility, you may drive yourself to the sessions so that you can come and go as your please. Only those who have completed registration for the JANNAF meeting and the additional steps for Classified session attendance will be permitted on the shuttle bus to the base, on the base itself, and into the building where Classified sessions will be held.
